Log:
In rare cases, Auth_SASL Class is not available, if needed for the call of =
the static factory method. =
This caused a fatal error. This may be caused by an incomplete restore of t=
he IMAPProtocoll Class, or =
by a call of the class, without calling the classes constructor.
This fix checks for the availibility of the class Auth_SASL, and requires t=
he class if not.
