When I was evaluating pERP about a year ago, I seem to recall being able to include meetings and other calendar items on invoices. As I recall, it involved including the cal item in a project, and then adding PM lines to the invoice. There may have been some additional setup too, but I don’t recall. I do recall that it took some fiddling to get it working.
Is there a supported way to do this? For service-based businesses it would be great to be able to show meetings etc. as items broken out on invoices.

Should be less fiddling now, but still some required.
Is that all there is to it? I’ve set up invoicing from projects (and it works), and added calendar items to the projects, but they do not show up for inclusion. Am I missing a detail?

That should be it.
Make sure you selected the client for the invoice, and set the client
for the project.
Make sure you checked enough boxes in Site Config.
Project must be Active.
That’s all I can think of. Maybe try an infolog entry or something,
see if that will show up.
I’ve checked my AR settings, everything seems to be fine (all hooks registered, categories set up, etc). The project is active. Can add timesheet entries from a project to an invoice, but can’t add calendar or infolog entries attached to the same project.
scratch that last post. I figured it out. The additional config I had forgotten about was editing the calendar item from the project context to set a category (even if you had one on the original meeting), and setting a price.
