Summary: #712 - move header.inc.php out of www-docroot
why has it to be in doc-root?
cant there be (besides /files /backups) a /configs away from apache’s docroot?

With the new release of EGroupware 1.8.001 we implemented many new features. So we kindly ask you to recheck your feature request against the new version. If it is still valid, please reopen it with the current version 1.8.001.
If you do not respond within the next 14 days, we assume the request is no longer necessary and it will be closed automatically.
