Summary: #2669 - Favourites for special queues, categories and version
Is there a chance to have favourites for special combinations of queue, category and version? My idea is, to have a list of one-click-options for a fast overview to e.g. “Medikamente”,“Bestand kritisch”,"Alle"
This would be a nice and powerful improvement of the ticketsystem.

Hi Stefan,
I suggest you discuss that with our sales department, as favorites are so far only implemented in EPL.
It’s no a big deal to implement favorites for more applications there, as they are implemented in a very generic way.
