Summary: #2707 - News in Sitemgr are shown but can’t be opened
Since a short time the News in the the Newsadminmodul do not open to show the content. This worked before and me be corrupted due to some updates in the younger past.

This issue still isn’t solved. Tried some other templates - no result. I can show the content by chosing news_content, but all the other options end up in showing just the link.

Hi Hans-Juergen,
thanks for responding. I have the news_admin module activated and it is functioning in general. The problem i swith the content of a news. By clicking the link to the main content nothing happens - this worked without any problems all the time until now. I did neither make any changes to the sitemgr module nor to the templates used (NukeNews Ver1.0).

There needs to be news_admin module in the production version of the page, which shall display the news.
If you display the news in a side menu which is visible on multiple pages, either all pages require to have a news_admin module in place or you need to specify the page name which contains the news_admin module in the center block.
In the recent trunk, this works for me.
