Another etemplate question (or three)

I’m sorry about all these eTemplate questions but there’s really
nowhere else to ask…

So, to the questions:-

Is there any way when looking at something to find what eTemplates
are used to create it? E.g. when I click on Add in Addressbook
and the entry form pops up how can I find out what eTemplate (or
eTemplates) make up the form?

When I run eTemplate on addressbook.edit.home the latest version
(1.3.003) it seems very strange - several of the fields appear
more than once - City, Zip Code, Country and some others. I
haven't changed this template (at least I don't *think* I have!).
The 1.3.002 version looks sensible but, as I understand it,
according to the rules won't be used.

You can use the menuaction GET parameter to find the code running, it
has the form application.class.method. Usually at the end of the method
you find the call to etemplate::exec(), and before that the
instanciation or read call to load the template.
Anyway usually it’s simply application.method.

1.3.003 uses a preference and the nation of the address to determine the
address format. The not used format-lines are disabled. Have a look at
the disabled field in the row groupbox.
