Zusammenfassung: #2479 - Once a global categorie and limited to a group of membres , it cannot be updated
I create a new global categorie for a group called “Groupe Default"
The categrory will be only visible for"Groupe Default”
Once created, we modify change the group anymore,
" Limit to members of " “Groupe Default” is without input
The same thing happens when you have a global categorie created by “A”, visible for all in the prévious egw version (svn before 15 jan)
When updating to the new svn of febr, the global category will only be availbale for “A” and nobody else.

The same for me (had to go inside the tables via phpmyadmin to correct the status).
