Summary: #2324 - Custom Fields selection in list view can break SQL syntax
If selecting the “custom fields” column for display in the list view, the custom fields to be shown in this column can be selected each.

If selecting only “custom fields” with no field selected, the SQL syntax breaks.
This breakage is fixed by attached patch, which limits the selection to “none”.

Still, the column header then shows all fields (if none is selected).
This should be the default, i.e. the patch should then search for all custom fields 'if (!$cf)".
As such, the patch is not the required solution - but it prevents the SQL error to occur, rendering the list unusable until deletion of the cookie.
