# Is caldav officially supported?

Hello,

I am evaluating egroupware. I need to know if caldav is officially supported (with events and TODO) so I can use chandler as an egroupware client.

TODO’s are currently not supported, but on our TODO.

If CalDAV is generally supported is a hard question. If you ask if  
CalDAV spec is 100% implemented, I can clearly say NO, thought I’m not  
sure if there’s a server already implementing 100% CalDAV.

I implemented as much, as necessary to get Lightning working.

I’m happy to accept contracts to implement what’s missing to support  
other clients. I can NOT tell you, how long it takes (meaning what it  
costs) to do that! You have to contract me for a certain time, eg. two  
days, to investigate and fix the issues. Then I can usually tell, how  
much time is needed to finally fix it (if it’s not already done within  
the initial time).

If you report somethings not working, you need to give trace (eg. from  
Wireshark).
